What Do Developers and Architects Want Each Other to Know?

Recently, a lively exchange sprang up among architects and developers on ULI’s LinkedIn group. Some pointed out that developers face risks that architects do not. Others noted that expectations for “when will I get paid?” are different. What do YOU think?
