ULI will announce the winner(s) by October, and the jury will allocate a prize purse of $10,000 to one or more winning project teams.

Along with academic buildings, the development includes corporate co-location, offices, a hotel, a residential tower, and conferencing and assembly areas, with space remaining to accommodate future requirements of the program.
