ULI Center for Sustainability and Economic Performance Adds Three New Advisory Board Members

The ULI Center for Sustainability and Economic Performance has announced the addition of three new members to its executive board from industry-leading organizations such as JBG Smith, ZOM, HR&A.

The ULI Center for Sustainability and Economic Performance (CSEP) has announced the addition of three new members to its executive board. ULI is a global, multidisciplinary real estate organization whose work is driven by more than 45,000 members dedicated to responsible land use and building thriving communities.

The Center for Sustainability and Economic Performance’s Advisory Board provides strategic direction and ongoing program guidance for the center’s activities. The new board members are as follows:

  • ULI Global Governing Trustee A.J. Jackson, executive vice president, social impact investing, JBG Smith;
  • ULI Global Governing Trustee and former chair, ULI Southeast Florida/Caribbean, Greg West, chief executive officer, ZOM; and
  • Jeff Hebert, partner, HR&A.

They replace Michael Franco, president, Vornado Realty Trust, and Tom Rucker, managing director and chief operating officer of property management and development and construction operations, Berkshire Hathaway, who have rotated off due to term limits.

I also want to thank Michael and Tom for their service as members of the CSEP Board. They are passionate advocates for sustainability and I look forward to working with them in other capacities in the future.”
