Brittany is head of sustainability, leading Nuveen’s ESG program for the Americas portfolio. She oversees ESG integration, ensuring the strategy is sufficiently embedded across business areas including product development, portfolio management, investment management, client reporting, and governance. Brittany has developed end-to-end climate risk acquisitions processes providing investment teams with the training and tools to factor physical and transition risk into investment decision-making.
