Malloy Peterson is senior vice president of development for Atlanta-based Selig. She is one of the founding executives of Selig Development Company. Malloy serves as the lead development executive for The Works, Selig’s 80-acre adaptive mixed-use project in the Upper Westside. She also plays a role on other developments within Selig’s development portfolio, this included the planning for 1105 West Peachtree and 40 West 12th.
