ULI has published its 2015 Annual Reportas a stand-alone website that gives members, supporters, and partners, as well as members of the public, a comprehensive overview of the Institute’s impacts, accomplishments, and programs during the 2015 fiscal year, which extended from July 1, 2014, through June 30, 2015.
The report tells stories of ULI members making a difference in their communities and highlights members’ contributions in advancing the Institute’s mission to create thriving, sustainable communities worldwide. The digital format reflects ULI’s commitment to harnessing the power of technology to engage audiences in ways that reflect how they consume information, which increasingly is through mobile devices. This year, a print executive summary highlighting the major sections of the ULI 2015 Annual Report will be published.

The report is anchored by messages from the Institute’s top leadership as well as by stories of ULI’s impact around the world. The stories are organized according to six top-level priorities: advising communities in need; building sustainably; connecting capital and the built environment; developing excellence through education; driving innovation in real estate; and shaping cities and regions.
“Each impact story reinforces ULI’s reputation as the go-to organization in times of great change—change that is affecting both what we build and how we work,” says former ULI Global Chairman Lynn Thurber, who completed her term as chairman in fiscal year 2015. “And, most important, each illustrates ULI’s value proposition of leadership, knowledge sharing, and impact.”
The report also shares the Institute’s financial performance and highlights from ULI’s individual programs, centers, and initiatives. In addition, it features comprehensive information on ULI’s financial supporters, from major gift donors to foundation partners to a complete list of 2015 ULI Foundation Annual Fund donors.
