Brian Allan Jackson (A.J.) is strategic leader, experienced at building and managing platforms in the private, public and non-profit sectors to achieve financial returns and impact. He is president of LEO Impact Capital, an investment management platform that acquires, finances and operates workforce housing using a Impact Framework to generate financial returns for investors and increase residents’ financial well-being. LEO’s business lines include investments (debt & equity), asset management, and advisory services. LEO is a subsidiary of JBG SMTH, where A.J. sits on the Investment Committee.
