The life sciences industry is booming, and recruiting and retaining talent is the top concern for the leaders of life sciences companies, according to a panel of four Chicago-based experts who spoke at a concurrent session during the 2021 ULI Fall Meeting.

In October 2020, JPMorgan Chase announced a $30 billion Racial Equity Commitment to help close the racial wealth gap among Black, Hispanic and Latino communities. Senior housing occupancy increased in the third quarter of 2021 to 80.1 percent according to new National Investment Center for Seniors Housing & Care data. A significant rebound in demand and modest increase in supply contributed to the occupancy rate increase.
