Construction at Pinnacle SkyTower has reached its top floor, the first residential building in North America to reach 106 stories. Set to be completed in 2026 at a final height of 351.85 m (1,154 ft), Pinnacle SkyTower will be home to 958 residential units, the new Le Méridien Toronto Pinnacle Hotel, and 80,000 square feet (7,432 sq m) of amenities. Already a landmark of the Toronto skyline, its highest floor is in line with the CN Tower’s main observation level.

Designed by Hariri Pontarini Architects, the building boasts a unique 12-sided, tapered design with an aerodynamic profile. Pinnacle SkyTower blends waterfront-inspired design elements with more angular, diamond-shaped geometry that speaks to the urban surroundings and proximity to downtown.
This vertical community will offer modern living at its finest, with luxe finishes and appliances, high-quality materials, and world-class amenities, including a restaurant on the top floor. With balconies spanning up to the 88th floor and impressive floor-to-ceiling windows, residents will be wowed by unrestricted views of Lake Ontario and an immersive experience of the Toronto skyline like no other.
Pinnacle SkyTower is a key part of the broader Pinnacle One Yonge site, a 4.4 million square foot (409,000 sq m) mixed-use development master plan that is set to transform this section of Toronto’s waterfront with residential, retail, hotel, and outdoor space, just steps from the lake and downtown attractions.
