John Martin

John Martin’s five-decade career has included time as an executive at the Mission Viejo Company, the Irvine Company, and Newhall Land, and he was also a developer and homebuilder for more than 15 years. He is currently presenting a 30-hour leadership program in partnership with ULI on the planning, development, and marketing of planned communities and urban infill. He moderated the ULI Fall Meeting session “Master-Planned Communities 2020,” and has written a book titled Hope, Vision & Value Creation.
