One of New York City’s busiest corridors is set for one of its biggest transformations in years. Armed with new research on the steep costs of not disclosing flood history and claims, advocates are pushing states to strengthen or introduce new flood risk disclosure laws.

A ULI report says, in a post-pandemic retail world, location is indeed an important driver of success—arguably the key driver—but it is not the be-all and end-all.
