Eric Aderneck, RPP, MPL, BCOM, DULE is a senior regional planner with Metro Vancouver regional government, in British Columbia, Canada, and is an industrial lands planning consultant in other jurisdictions. He has been directly involved with the development and implementation of the Regional Growth Strategy as well other region-wide planning initiatives, such as the Regional Industrial Lands Strategy. In particular, he leads the industrial lands portfolio, including exploring industrial land supply, demand, utilization and intensification potential.
