Nearly 7,000 of the world’s foremost experts in real estate and land use are expected to attend the meeting. Each day of the meeting will emphasize a separate area of focus:

  • Monday, October 5—tours of the most creative developments in San Francisco and Silicon Valley;
  • Tuesday, October 6—leadership, with lessons learned offered by leaders in the real estate industry and beyond;
  • Wednesday, October 7—industry trends during ULI Stan Ross Real Estate Trends Day; and
  • Thursday, October 8—“real estate deal day,” with opportunities for attendees to explore and initiate development projects.

Real estate session topics include challenges and opportunities presented by demographic shifts, changing economic drivers, technology advances, and adaptation to climate change. The meeting will highlight business strategies that reflect innovation by rising stars and experienced professionals in the rapidly evolving industry of the 21st century. And, reflecting the iconic location, the Fall Meeting will include programming specific to San Francisco as a perennial favorite for real estate investment and development.

The Fall Meeting will include a fundraising gala in recognition of the ULI Foundation’s 45th anniversary, and the support provided by the Foundation for activities, programs, and services that advance ULI’s efforts to create great places and vibrant communities. The 2015 ULI Foundation Gala will honor Foundation governor George Marcus, chairman of the Marcus & Millichap Company, for his steadfast commitment and dedication to the philanthropic work of the Foundation.

Net proceeds from the gala will be used to support UrbanPlan, ULI’s long-running and highly successful design and development course for high school and college students. Now in its 25th year, UrbanPlan—launched in San Francisco—has educated more than 20,000 students in the United States, and in 2015 was launched in the United Kingdom. For information on sponsorship packages for the gala, contact [email protected]. A limited number of individual tickets are available; visit fall.uli.org for details.

The Fall Meeting is made possible with support from numerous sponsors, including Icon sponsors Cushman & Wakefield, Institutional Property Advisors, Marcus & Millichap, Prologis, and TMG Partners, and Principal sponsors Colliers International, Related, and Wells Fargo.
