ULI Cincinnati’s Real Estate Accelerator Lab (REAL) is a nine-month program beginning in September and ending in May of the following calendar year. Founded in 2019 by the Local Initiatives Support Corporation of Greater Cincinnati, REAL is ideal for mid-career professionals, who have a strong interest in the real estate industry.
REAL is an industry-supported program designed to educate and mentor the next generation of Greater Cincinnati real estate professionals. Program participants are chosen to bring together a diverse class with a focus on leadership and those typically underrepresented in the real estate development industry.
A huge part of the initiative’s success is the curriculum, including Real Estate 101, how to create a pro forma, and mastering planning and operations. REAL is designed to take participants through the real estate development practice in its entirety.
