ULI Los Angeles recently hosted a recording of Leading Voices in Real Estate, a podcast hosted by Matt Slepin, founder managing partner of Terra Search and a ULI Foundation Governor. This episodehighlighted Ricardo Pagan, CEO and founder of Claridge Properties, a Dominican Republic–born entrepreneur who has completed more than $1 billion in deals before turning 40. ULI Los Angeles has a written summary of that discussion, and the audio version is available on most major podcast platforms.
Now in its third year, this podcast also recently featured Spencer Levy, chairman of Americas Research and senior economic advisor for CBRE, talking about COVID-19 and the early signs of impact on the commercial real estate market. In past episodes, Slepin has also interviewed ULI Global CEO Ed Walter and other industry leaders.
ULI Toronto’s podcast, Electric Cities, is now in its fourth season, and recently hosted Joe Berridge, who is a longtime ULI member, author, and one of the most respected registered professional planners among Toronto’s planning and development community with Urban Strategies.
The RCLCO podcast, Conversations with the Best Minds in Real Estate, launched in 2019. It features various hosts from RCLCO including managing directors Gadi Kaufman, Gregg Logan, and Adam Ducker.
