Modern-day food halls update the traditional market experience by hosting purveyors of specialty foods, along with restaurants and small-scale shops. This video showcases two historic sites that were redeveloped into food halls that have become hubs of activity and commerce within their communities: Union Station in Denver and the Packing House in Anaheim, California. Across the United States, food halls are growing in popularity as anchors for mixed-use projects and as landmark attractions that can catalyze nearby development.
