More than 30 internationally-renowned real estate industry leaders have been elected to four-year terms as ULI Global Governing Trustees, while numerous other industry luminaries have been added or reappointed to the Institute’s Global Board of Directors and regional executive committees.
At the Europe ULI Hines Student Competition final, the team from the University of Manchester in England sized up their fellow competitors. They were impressed by the other presentations, but they felt confident that their own had a slight edge because of its core strength: its diversity.
When Team Omusubi took the stage at the 2023 ULI Asia Pacific Summit in Singapore, they were applauded not just for their winning entry in a prestigious urban development competition. The team of four students from Waseda University in Tokyo also had the unique honor of being the first-ever winners of the Asia Pacific ULI Hines Student Competition.
