Andrew owns Harbor Park Garage in Baltimore’s Inner Harbor and leads Gateway Parking Services. An active industry contributor, he serves on multiple boards and committees, including the National Parking Association Parking Consultants Council, the ULI LA Mobility Council, and the IPMI Technology Committee.
