Jay Kelley is the CFO of Harrod Properties. He was the managing director of Focus Management Group, a business restructuring firm based in Tampa, with offices in Atlanta, Chicago, Cleveland, Columbus, Dallas, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, and Washington, D.C.
