Urban theorist Richard Florida, author of numerous books on 21st century urban evolution, including The Rise of the Creative Class, Who’s Your City,and The Great Reset, has been named a ULI senior visiting fellow. Florida, senior editor of the Atlanticmagazine, director of the Martin Prosperity Institute, and professor of business and creativity at the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management, is one of the world’s leading thought leaders on global trends, economics, prosperity, competitiveness, and urban growth.
As a senior visiting fellow, Florida’s work will include speaking at four major ULI meetings. His first presentation was May 30, at ULI Europe’s “Creating a Legacy” real estate trends conference in London.
